SAP FICO/REFX Consultant - GL/AP/AR Modules

Description :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Real Estate and Finance processes.

- Configure and maintain SAP REFX components including lease contracts, valuation, asset accounting, and integration with FI.

- Implement and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.

- Ensure integration between REFX and FICO for accounting, asset postings, and financial reporting.

- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve functional issues.

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional areas.

- Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide user training.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO and REFX functional consulting.

- Strong understanding of real estate contract management, valuation rules, and lease accounting (IFRS 16).

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.

- Knowledge of integration with MM, PM, and PS modules is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
