Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP FICO Lead to oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP technical team, ensuring that finance processes are accurately translated into SAP system solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support for SAP FICO modules.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) for integration points.

- Configure SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, PCA, and more.

- Manage and mentor junior SAP FICO consultants.

- Coordinate with business users to understand pain points and develop system enhancements.

- Lead testing efforts including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support.

- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

- Collaborate with technical teams for developments (RICEFW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX).

- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience excluding end user.

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of core FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
