Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Banking & Treasury modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting solutions in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), In-House Cash, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

This role involves working in global environments, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and financial governance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP FICO solutions focused on Treasury, Banking, and Finance.

- Configure and enhance TRM, including transaction management, market risk, exposure analysis, and financial instruments.

- Lead implementation and support for In-House Cash, including centralized payments, intercompany clearing, and cash pooling.

- Manage Cash Management processes such as cash visibility, liquidity planning, and bank account structures.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform fit-gap analysis.

- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external banking systems.

- Troubleshoot functional issues, provide root-cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

- Support global rollout projects, upgrades, system testing, and end-user training.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development.

- Ensure system compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial standards.

Mandatory Skills :

SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) :

- Expertise in transaction management, market risk, exposure handling, and financial instruments.
In-House Cash:

- Centralized payment processing, cash pooling, and intercompany reconciliation.

Cash Management:

- Real-time cash position tracking, liquidity forecast, and bank account management.

Desired / Secondary Skills :

Bank Communication Management (BCM) :

- Setup of payment workflows, approval hierarchies, and SWIFT integration.

FSCM:

- Experience in Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.

Electronic Bank Statement (EBS):

- Configuration, mapping, and reconciliation processes.
