We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO) processes, configuration expertise, and hands-on experience with full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP CO solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP CO configuration and implementation within S/4HANA environments.
- Work on 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Provide deep expertise in SAP CO submodules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Analyze and manage the differences between ECC and S/4HANA in the CO landscape, focusing on simplification and optimization.
- Design and implement CO-PA (Account-based and Costing-based) solutions in S/4HANA.
- Leverage the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) for efficient CO reporting and integration.
- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD) and cross-functional teams.
- Utilize Fiori apps and SAP Analytics tools to enhance user experience and reporting efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and business process maps.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO with a strong focus on S/4HANA environments.
- Proven experience with 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep configuration expertise in SAP CO submodules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
- Strong understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and its impact on CO processes.
- Familiarity with integration points between CO and FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Analytics (SAC) is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
