Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4 HANA and a CA qualification to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Finance & Controlling processes and hands- on experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects in S/4 HANA.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver SAP functionalities.

- Configure and customize FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA) modules.

- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Perform system testing, end- user training, and documentation.

- Provide post- go- live support and continuous process improvements.

- Leverage CA background for financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 10+ years of relevant SAP FICO consulting experience.

- Strong hands- on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.

- Expertise in FI & CO submodules with integration knowledge.

- Proven track record in end- to- end SAP implementations.

- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.
