SAP FICO Consultant - REFX Module

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in SAP RE-FX to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance (FICO) modules and hands-on experience in Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX), including configuration, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.

- Handle integration of RE-FX with FICO, MM, SD, and PM modules.

- Support lease accounting processes compliant with IFRS 16 / ASC 842.

- Manage contract management, condition types, and posting parameters in RE-FX.

- Work on data migration from legacy systems to SAP RE-FX.

- Collaborate with business users to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

- Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs) for RICEFW objects.

- Assist in cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills :

- At least 4 years of hands-on SAP RE-FX implementation/support experience.

- Strong knowledge of FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders).

- Deep understanding of lease-in and lease-out contracts in RE-FX.

- Experience in IFRS 16 compliance using RE-FX.

- Familiarity with enhancement techniques like BADI, user exits, and custom reports.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (especially RE-FX in S/4).

- Previous experience in real estate, retail, or leasing businesses.

- Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Real Estate is a plus.
