Job Description :

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven SAP FICO Consultant with 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional support across Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, handling incident management, change requests, and engaging with global stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support and configuration expertise in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to Finance and Controlling.

- Analyze and optimize existing business processes within the SAP landscape.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation standards, and SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 68 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

- Strong knowledge of core FICO processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, etc.

- Experience with integration of FICO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in working with international teams or multi-country rollouts is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in FICO.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Experience in taxation, month-end/year-end closing activities, and reporting.
