SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FICO Consultant to join our growing SAP practice in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for participating in all phases of SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet client business requirements.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications and technical documentation.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO technologies and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of SAP FICO solutions and methodologies.

- Perform data migration activities.

- Assist in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.

- 3-8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Experience with SAP configuration and customization.

- Experience with SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- SAP FICO certification is a plus.

- Experience in the [mention specific industry, if applicable, e.g., manufacturing, retail] industry is a plus.
