SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Experience Range : 7 to 13 Years (S/4 HANA Implementation Experience Mandatory)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Finance and Controlling modules, particularly on S/4 HANA. The role involves planning, configuring, and delivering end-to-end SAP FI-CO implementations, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).

- Drive S/4 HANA implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.

Prepare and maintain :

- Functional Specifications

- Business Process Procedures (BPP)

- Process Definition Documents (PDD)

- Create clear process flows in Microsoft Visio.

- Conduct Unit, Cycle, and Integration Testing to ensure solution quality.

- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into optimal SAP configurations.

Must-Have Skills :

- S/4 HANA implementation experience (at least one end-to-end project).

- Strong hands-on configuration in FI & CO modules.

- Expertise in COPA, Product Costing, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in SAP documentation and process mapping.

- Solid understanding of financial integration with other SAP modules.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- SAP FI-CO Certification.

- Experience with SAP BPC and SAP CIN (India localization).

- Familiarity with Solution Manager, ALE/IDOC, and EDI interfaces.

- Awareness of NetWeaver components.

- Prior team leadership or mentoring experience.

- Training/Certification in SAP Simple Finance.
