Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate must possess strong functional expertise in the SAP FICO module, crucial knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA platform, and proven ability to configure and manage Indian GST compliance processes.

The primary responsibility will be the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FICO solutions to ensure robust and seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP FICO Configuration : Design, configure, and implement core functionalities within the SAP FICO module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).

- S/4HANA Expertise : Apply functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, utilizing new functionalities such as the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Asset Accounting simplification, and integration with Central Finance concepts.

- GST Implementation & Compliance : Lead the configuration and testing of financial processes (e.g., pricing procedures, tax calculations, invoice posting) to ensure full compliance with Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

- Business Blueprinting : Conduct business requirements gathering workshops, analyze current financial processes, and prepare detailed blueprint documents and functional specifications for all required system changes and enhancements.

- Integration Management : Ensure tight and seamless integration points between SAP FICO and other core modules, particularly SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management).

- Testing & Deployment : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during go-live and hypercare phases.

- Documentation & Training : Create and maintain detailed configuration documents, functional specifications, and provide training to end-users and the core finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.

- Core Module Expertise : Strong, in-depth proficiency in configuring and supporting the SAP FICO module.

- S/4HANA Knowledge : Direct exposure or experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Statutory Compliance : Mandatory hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Indian GST processes within SAP.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and interface effectively with finance stakeholders.

- Availability : Must be an Immediate Joiner or have a maximum notice period of 30 days
