Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP team and support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to deliver scalable finance solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and global support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions that align with organizational finance and accounting processes.

- Configure, implement, and support SAP FI modules, including:

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Asset Accounting (AA)

5. Bank Accounting

- Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:

1. Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

2. Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

- Provide functional support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements for SAP FICO applications.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend best-practice solutions.

- Work closely with technical teams on custom developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and data migration activities.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and PP.

- Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and migration projects, including testing, documentation, and end-user training.

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities and resolve production support issues.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.

- Drive continuous process improvements and recommend automation opportunities within finance operations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO solution design, configuration, implementation, and support.

- Strong expertise in SAP FI modules:

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Asset Accounting (AA)

5. Bank Accounting

- Experience with SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).

- Strong knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and MM, SD, PM, and PP modules.

- Experience providing SAP FI production support in a global enterprise environment is preferred.

- Minimum of one full lifecycle SAP implementation experience.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration is highly preferred.

- Good understanding of SAP integration architecture and familiarity with ABAP concepts for debugging and functional specifications.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
