- Graduate in any stream, BE (degree will be preferred).

- Should be 5+ Yrs - 7 Yrs of experience with SAP ECC & S4 HANA (FI/CO Module).

- Have proven experience in the analysis, conception, and management of end-2-end processes with the SAP modules in a service or manufacturing company.

- A high level of analytical and conceptual thinking as well as excellent communication and organizational skill.

- ITIL and another knowledge is an advantage.

- B1/B2 level of written and spoken English.

- Minimum experience of 2 full end to end SAP implementation.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

- Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.

- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with global teams.

Resource Duties & Responsibilities :

- Analyze and define solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process

- Understand the business issues and challenges.

- Suggest areas of improvement

- Lead projects and initiatives in the SAP and other application area

- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution.

- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.

- Recommend technical solutions.

- Support business users to perform testing of new processes.

- Document functional designs, test cases and results.

- Provide Training to end users.

- Involved in SAP project for as per Global requirements.

- Cooperate with internal SAP CoE consultants to get prompt support on business requirements.

- Managing of the external AMS partner

- Take responsibilities in the 2nd and 3rd level support.

- Contribute to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization

- Drive for process harmonization and build-up of a global process catalog.

- Independently managing SAP support jointly with other team members.

- Act as a liaison between the business functions (global and local) and external partners.

- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

- Track and provide updates on various SAP topics to local management team from time to time.
