SAP FICO Consultant - E2E Implementation

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end ERP implementations (preferably on SAP S/4 HANA). The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of SAP FICO experience and must have successfully completed 2 full-cycle implementation projects. The role involves analyzing business processes, designing finance solutions, configuring SAP FICO modules, and ensuring smooth project delivery with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead analysis and design in SAP FI/CO in close collaboration with client finance teams.

- Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.

- Configure General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Asset Accounting.

- Prepare project Blueprints and validate customization requirements.

- Map source data elements for migration and perform Data Mapping activities.

Project Management & Testing :

- Conduct Gap Analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes.

- Prepare workflows to define business process sequences and project scope.

- Conduct Functional and Integration Testing with users.

- Provide Hypercare (post Go-Live) production support and continuous improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training :

- Attend client meetings to gather requirements and document business processes.

- Validate reporting requirements and customization changes.

- Provide structured training to end-users and create End-User Training Documents.

- Communicate effectively with client management and project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.

- 6+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

- 2+ full end-to-end SAP implementation projects (preferably S/4 HANA).

- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.

- Experience in manufacturing industries (FMCG, Automobile, Steel, Textiles).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong executive presence with ability to interact with senior client stakeholders.

- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and mentor teams.

- Passion for SAP, continuous learning, and growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in FICO / S/4 HANA.

- Exposure to service sector industries
