Role Overview: Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8-10 years of hands-on implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across core Finance and Controlling modules, a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP FICO configuration, enhancements, and end-to-end solution delivery across Finance and Controlling areas (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PC, CO-PA, CCA, PCA).

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements.

- Support implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and production support.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to prepare functional specifications, validate technical developments.

- Utilize Fiori apps and workflows (WFs) to streamline financial processes and enhance user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and alignment with business goals.

- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO functional consultant.

- Strong understanding of finance and management accounting business processes.

- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.

- Familiarity with ABAP debugging, Fiori applications, and SAP Workflows.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience with S/4HANA Finance.

Knowledge of OpenText VIM would be an added advantage.
