Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to align them with SAP solutions, particularly in manufacturing, retail, or services domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, Product Costing).

- Requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

- Integration knowledge with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver effective FICO solutions.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

- Support month-end/year-end closing activities.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP FICO module configuration and support.

- Hands-on experience with GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Configuration, Controlling (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).

- Exposure to Product Costing and COPA preferred.

- Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian Taxation and localization processes.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- SAP FICO certification is a plus.

- S/4HANA experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Immediate Joiner are Preferred.

- Passport is mandatory
