SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead or support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) module implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, be able to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and ensure effective integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure the FI module and CO module

- Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable and compliant SAP FICO solutions.

- Perform integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.

- Manage data migration, validation, and cutover activities during go-live and implementation phases.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Create and execute test plans, coordinate and support UAT, and handle post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and propose effective, long-term solutions.

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and optimization across financial operations.

- Develop user documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with at least one full lifecycle

implementation.

- Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP modules.

- Experience with data migration tools.

- Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.

- Hands-on test planning, execution, and UAT support.

- Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with S/4HANA FICO.

- SAP Certification in FICO.

- Familiarity with SAP BPC or Treasury Management.

- Knowledge of Tax configuration, Bank Communication Management, or Electronic Bank
