We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Competency Lead to drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP FICO implementations and play a pivotal role in client engagement, team development, and strategic growth of our competency center. This is a leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and ensure end-to-end delivery of large SAP FICO projects, from requirement gathering to successful implementation and go-live.

- Serve as the primary client-facing contact during requirement analysis, presales activities, and solution design discussions.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, provide technical insights, and propose SAP FICO solutions that align with their goals.

- Oversee hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated SAP FICO team, ensuring the right talent is onboarded to meet current and future project demands.

- Develop and implement upskilling programs to enhance the technical capabilities and domain knowledge of team members.

- Manage and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, quality delivery, and professional growth.

- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to track project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve escalations promptly.

- Drive best practices in SAP FICO implementations, ensuring adherence to standards and quality benchmarks.

- Support business development by providing expertise during presales efforts and client proposals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience in leading SAP FICO projects and teams.

- Strong client management and communication skills.

- Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

- Ability to hire, train, and mentor technical consultants effectively.

- Experience in presales and requirement gathering.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
