SAP FICO/Central Finance Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO / Central Finance Consultant to join our SAP team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules and Central Finance (CFin) implementation.

This role involves designing, customizing, and implementing SAP solutions with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA Central Finance, financial data replication, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including :

1. FI, General Ledger (GL), New GL, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)

2. CO: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Product Costing (COPC)

- Deliver end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, including system design, functional specification creation, testing, and go-live support.

- Handle Real-Time Replication Error Management and proactively resolve data replication and mapping issues in Central Finance.

- Prepare comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution development.

- Utilize BRF+ for rule-based logic design in replication and financial processing.

- Design, write, and execute test scripts and support system integration and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the integration of FICO with MM, PP, PS, SD, and SRM modules.

- Prepare and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Interface with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and deliver effective presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.

- Proven experience in S/4HANA Central Finance implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of Real-Time Replication (SLT, AIF) and error handling in Central Finance.

- Expertise in creating Functional Specifications, Test Cases, and performing System Configuration.

- Working knowledge of BRF+ for rule frameworks.

- Familiarity with integration touchpoints between FICO and other SAP modules like MM, SD, PS, and SRM.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
