The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled resource having 5 to 8 years of IT experience with expertise in SAP Financial Planning and Analytics (SAP FP&A) , and should also have below technical skills :

- Lead FP&A Solution Design & Implementation : Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FP&A planning models, forecasting frameworks, and reporting solutions based on client business requirements.

- Manage End-to-End Client Engagement : Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand needs, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP FP&A solutions.

- Develop Advanced Planning & Reporting : Models and Build and optimize planning templates, allocation logic, predictive models, and automated dashboards to support strategic financial decision - making.

- Ensure Data Accuracy & System Integration : Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and integration between SAP FP&A, ERP systems, and external data sources to ensure reliable financial insights.

- Provide Functional Expertise & Continuous Improvement and Offer expert guidance on FP&A best practices, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend enhancements to improve planning cycles, reporting efficiency, and user experience.

- IT experience across the various facets of the SDLC process with a specific focus on QA, test strategy and execution.

- Hands-on experience with variety of testing tools, Manual functional testing with agile and scrum methodology.

- Experience in Functional Testing/Integration Testing/Regression Testing/System Testing/ E2E Testing and Acceptance Testing.

- Should have expertise in preparing detailed Test Cases, writing Test Scripts by decomposing Business Requirements, Test Scenarios and Test execution.

- Good knowledge of STLC, Black box test techniques & methodologies.

- Should document test results including logging bugs with detailed steps to reproduce for development team.

- Experience with defect management applications like HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
