SAP FI Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Title : SAP FI Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI Consultant to join our team to implement, support, and enhance SAP FI modules.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial accounting processes and SAP FI configuration, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, etc.) based on business requirements.

- Perform end-to-end integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules like CO, MM, SD, and HR.

- Analyze business needs and provide functional solutions within SAP FI.

- Assist in full lifecycle SAP FI implementations including blueprinting, testing, and training.

- Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications for custom developments.

- Support data migration efforts related to financial master and transactional data.

- Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.

- Participate in system upgrades and apply OSS notes as required.

- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with developers for resolution.

- Document configuration, functional specifications, and business processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3 to 7+ years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.

- Knowledge of integration with CO and other SAP modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- SAP certification in FI (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance or experience with S/4HANA migration.

- Experience with localization and tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT).

- Experience in working with international rollouts and multi-currency setups.

- Exposure to Fiori apps related to Finance.
