Job Overview :


We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on expertise in managing and implementing financial accounting processes using SAP. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and strong integration experience with SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules. This role specifically requires proven experience in S/4HANA, excellent communication skills, and a proactive team-player mindset to contribute to successful implementations and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.


- Provide expert functional consulting for core SAP FI modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).


- Design and implement solutions for integration points between SAP FI and SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.


- Conduct detailed business process analysis and FIT-GAP analysis to align client financial requirements with SAP S/4HANA functionalities, recommending best practices.


- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Finance applications to meet specific client business needs and optimize financial processes.


- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), manage defect resolution, and ensure the quality and integrity of the implemented solution.


- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, resolving complex functional issues.


- Collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and other functional consultants to ensure successful project delivery.


- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional design specifications, configuration workbooks, and training materials.


- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client end-users and key stakeholders.

Required Skills :


- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI module implementation and support.


- Proven experience specifically with SAP S/4HANA in a functional consultant role.


- Deep functional expertise in SAP GL (General Ledger), SAP AP (Accounts Payable), and SAP AR (Accounts Receivable).


- Strong understanding and practical experience with integration between SAP FI and SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules.


- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective stakeholder engagement.


- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive team player in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Certification in SAP Finance (S/4HANA).


- Experience with other SAP S/4HANA Finance modules such as Asset Accounting (AA) or Cash Management (CM).


- Knowledge of financial reporting tools within S/4HANA.
