Job Description : SAP FI Consultant.

Relevant Experience : 5+ Years in SAP FI.

Location : Ahmedabad.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant who can independently manage the FI module and support business requirements.

The candidate should have strong functional knowledge, the ability to prepare Functional Specifications (FS), and hands-on experience in key finance processes, including Indian taxation (CIN, GST).

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle end-to-end FI responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the SAP FI module independently, handling both support and configuration activities.

- Understand business requirements and prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for enhancements and changes.

- Perform configurations related to :

1. CIN (Country India Version).

2. GST (Goods and Services Tax).

3. Other statutory and taxation processes within FI.

- Execute cutover activities using tools like LSMW and ensure smooth data migration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO, PP) for integrated issue resolutions.

- Handle ticket management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for recurring finance-related issues.

- Support testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and process improvements.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI.

- Strong knowledge of :

1. FI-General Ledger.

2. Accounts Payable (AP).

3. Accounts Receivable (AR).

4. Asset Accounting (AA).

- Expertise in CIN & GST configurations.

- Experience with LSMW, cutover activities, and data migration.

- Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
