About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with expertise in configuration, implementation, enhancements, and production support. This is a client-facing functional role supporting high-profile UK and GCC-based customers. The selected consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions while ensuring seamless integration across business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

- Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.

- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications and solution blueprints.

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide SAP best practice recommendations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR/Payroll modules.

- Support testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.

- Participate in client meetings, solution discussions, and project delivery across global teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO.

- Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrade projects.

- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.

- Hands-on experience with General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred. Candidates with solid SAP ECC experience and S/4HANA readiness will also be considered.

- Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR/Payroll modules.

- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional documentation, and client interaction.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to SAP Central Finance (CFIN).

- Experience with SAP Group Reporting or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Familiarity with UK/GCC tax configurations, including VAT and Withholding Tax.

- Experience working in Agile environments and with global delivery teams.
