Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with 810 years of core experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both implementation and support of SAP Financials, with a special focus on Controlling and Financial Accounting. Hands-on experience in product costing, profitability analysis, and cross-functional integration with other SAP modules is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation and support of SAP FI/CO modules with deep focus on :

- Controlling : Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Project System (PS).

- Finance : General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Fund & Cash Management.

- Execute complex business process analysis and deliver optimized SAP solutions.

- Design, configure, and test processes in the FI/CO modules.

- Identify functional gaps and provide effective solutions or workarounds.

- Document functional specifications, test scripts, and test results.

- Suggest and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

- Handle both new implementations and ongoing support independently. Provide mentorship to junior team members when needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI/CO in the manufacturing industry.

- Minimum 3 end-to-end full cycle SAP implementations.

- Strong expertise in Product Costing, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA.

- Proficient in Month-End Close, Result Analysis, Overhead Assessment & Settlement.

- Good understanding of FI integration with MM, SD, HR, PP, PM.

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and business processes.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
