Job Summary :

We are seeking a senior, specialized SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R) Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 6 years dedicated to SAP F&R. The consultant will be critical in the Development, Configuration, and Analysis of complex F&R processes. This role requires an excellent understanding of core retail processes, advanced forecasting methodologies, and proficiency in Multi-Echelon Replenishment (MER). The consultant must be an immediate joiner (or 15-day notice) and will be responsible for managing interfaces with S/4HANA, resolving data inconsistencies, and providing technical guidance to the team, including working flexible rotational shifts.

Job Description :

SAP F&R Configuration and Optimization :

- Apply expert knowledge in the Configuration, Analysis, and Development within the SAP F&R module to optimize inventory levels and service rates for retail operations.

- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Forecasting techniques, including setting up and refining forecast models, analyzing forecast errors, and managing forecast consumption.

- Possess specialized expertise in Requirement Calculations and Requirement Quantity Optimization within F&R, ensuring precise order proposal generation based on dynamic demand signals.

- Implement and optimize advanced processes such as Order Forecast and Multi-Echelon Replenishment (MER) to streamline stock transfers and distribution across the supply chain network.

- Configure and manage the Order Proposal Release Management process and implement robust Exception Handling mechanisms to alert users to critical deviations.

F&R Integration and Technical Analysis :

- Possess mandatory, in-depth knowledge of standard SAP F&R interfaces with S/4HANA for the synchronization of both master data (e.g., product, location) and transactional data (e.g., sales, inventory).

- Be proficient in analyzing and resolving data inconsistencies identified through standard F&R Interface Check Reports, utilizing strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Demonstrate strong understanding and experience with F&R process chains, ensuring their efficiency, monitoring their execution, and troubleshooting failures.

- Possess specialized knowledge of FRP processes with Fresh Addon functionality for perishable goods or short-shelf-life products.

- Possess knowledge of SAP F&R and UDF (User Defined Fields) Integration for extended custom functionality.

Project Management and Team Collaboration :

- Be able to perform comprehensive impact analysis for new business requirements or system changes, providing technical assessments and potential solution designs.

- Demonstrate mandatory experience in writing detailed Test Scripts and executing quality assurance activities, including Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).

- Work in a collaborative manner, effectively communicating complex technical issues and providing clear guidance and mentorship to junior resources on the team.

- Maintain flexibility in working hours during rotational night or morning shifts to support global operations or critical business cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Mandatory 8+ years experience in SAP, with a minimum of 6 years dedicated to SAP F&R.

- Functional Expertise : Excellent understanding of core retail business processes and deep proficiency in F&R Forecasting, Requirement Calculation, and Quantity Optimization.

- Advanced F&R : Knowledge of Order Forecast and Multi-Echelon Replenishment (MER), Order Proposal Release, and Exception Handling.

- Integration : Mandatory knowledge of standard F&R interfaces with S/4HANA for master and transactional data, and the ability to resolve interface inconsistencies.

- Core Skills : Excellent understanding of F&R process chains, ability to perform impact analysis, and experience writing test scripts.

- Availability : Immediate joiner or maximum notice period of 15 days.

Preferred Skills :

- Specialized F&R : Knowledge of FRP processes with Fresh Addon functionality and SAP F&R and UDF Integration.

- Tools : Good working knowledge of collaboration and project management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Tools.

- Flexibility : Proven ability to work flexibly, including rotational night or morning shifts, to meet project or support demands.
