Job Title : SAP EWM / WM / MM Consultant with ABAP Debugging (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM / WM / MM Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on ABAP debugging skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics and warehouse processes, while collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions in SAP EWM, WM, and MM modules

- Configure and customize SAP EWM/WM/MM processes including :

1. Inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes

2. Inventory management, putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipping

3. Integration between EWMMMSDPP as applicable

- Provide end-to-end implementation support including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post go-live support

- Perform ABAP debugging to analyze and resolve issues in standard and custom programs, user exits, BADIs, and enhancements

- Work closely with ABAP developers to define functional specifications and validate technical solutions

- Support interfaces, IDocs, and integration with external systems (e.g., third-party warehouses, scanners, RF devices)

- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization

- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user training materials

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend process improvements and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and/or WM and MM

- Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management business processes

- Solid experience in ABAP debugging (ability to read code, debug issues, and support custom developments)

- Experience with SAP enhancements : User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements Framework

- Good knowledge of integration points between EWM, MM, SD, and other SAP modules

- Experience with support projects, rollouts, or implementations

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM

- Exposure to RF framework, barcode/scanner integration

- Knowledge of IDocs, ALE, and interfaces

- Experience in AMS/support projects with SLA handling

- Prior client-facing or consulting experience

Education :

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
