We are currently expanding our SAP functional team and are seeking talented professionals with hands-on expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.

Role Overview :

As an SAP EWM/WM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing warehouse management processes for our clients. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring seamless system integration across the supply chain and logistics landscape.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM/WM implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects.

- Analyze client business processes, identify gaps, and propose optimized SAP EWM/WM solutions.

- Perform detailed configuration of Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Movements, Physical Inventory, Putaway, Picking, and Handling Units.

- Design and implement RF (Radio Frequency) Framework, Resource Management, Labor Management, and Warehouse Structure Setup (Storage Types, Bins, Sections, Activity Areas, Work Centers).

- Integrate EWM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management).

- Support Embedded EWM in S/4HANA environments and ensure smooth data flow between decentralized and embedded systems.

- Collaborate with technical consultants (ABAP/BASIS) for custom developments, enhancements, and performance tuning.

- Conduct system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and provide end-user training and documentation.

- Work on interfaces (IDOC, RFC, Web Services) and integration with Transportation Management (TM), Third-Party Logistics (3PL), and Automation Systems (Conveyors, AGVs, MFS).

- Handle post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Prepare detailed Functional Specifications, Configuration Guides, SOPs, and User Manuals.

Required Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Decentralized or Embedded) and SAP WM configuration.

- Solid understanding of warehouse processes such as Goods Receipt, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Physical Inventory, and Cross-Docking.

- Experience with Handling Units (HU), Batch Management, and Serial Number Management.

- Familiarity with RF transactions, Queue Management, and Task & Resource Management.

- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment and Fiori Apps related to EWM.

- Integration knowledge with SAP TM, MM, SD, and QM modules.

- Exposure to Material Flow System (MFS) or warehouse automation integration will be an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client environment and deliver quality results within deadlines.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent discipline.

- SAP Certification in EWM or WM is preferred but not mandatory.
