- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Design and architect warehouse processes using SAP EWM (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse, Cross-docking, Slotting & Rearrangement).

- Act as SME for :

a. Warehouse structure (Storage Types, Sections, Bins)

b. Goods Receipt (GR), Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping

c. Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting

d. Yard Management and Labor Management

- Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution design workshops.

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, TM, and PP modules.

- Handle S/4HANA Embedded EWM and decentralized EWM scenarios.

- Manage UAT, cutover, and go-live support.

- Coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for RF framework, forms, reports, and interfaces.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams.

- Ensure performance optimization and best practices in warehouse processes.

- Support audits and compliance in warehouse operations.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in SAP EWM / SAP WM with strong hands-on implementation exposure.

- Expertise in :

a. Inbound & Outbound processing

b. Warehouse configuration & monitoring

c. RF Framework

d. Yard Management, Labor Management

e. Slotting & Rearrangement

- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded EWM.

- Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, TM.

- Exposure to MFS (Material Flow System) and automation systems (conveyors, ASRS) is a plus.

- Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

- Experience in managing large warehouse transformation projects.
