Key Responsibilities :
SAP EWM System Support :
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for SAP EWM users, ensuring fast issue resolution and minimal operational downtime.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to inbound/outbound processes, inventory discrepancies, and system performance.
- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement preventive solutions to maintain stability.
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations in line with industry best practices.
- Configure processes including inbound/outbound logistics, storage handling, inventory control, and task
management.
- Develop warehouse management strategies tailored to pharmaceutical distribution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
System Enhancements & Continuous Improvement :
- Analyze business needs and implement system changes to enhance warehouse management efficiency.
- Plan, design, configure, and roll out SAP EWM enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless integration of ATTP with EWM and other SAP modules for accurate serialized product tracking.
- Incorporate serialization requirements for pharmaceutical supply chains, aligning with compliance standards (e.g., SFDA).
- Lead change management for system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment :
- Ensure EWM processes comply with pharmaceutical industry traceability and regulatory standards (e.g., SFDA, serialization).
- Collaborate with compliance teams to update systems based on evolving traceability and regulatory requirements.
Testing & Validation :
- Plan and execute unit, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system changes.
- Partner with users during UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and function as expected.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration :
- Act as a liaison between IT, operations, and supply chain teams to gather requirements, prioritize changes, and align project goals.
- Work with external vendors and consultants when needed to resolve issues or deliver enhancements.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer :
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure documentation supports audits, compliance, and effective knowledge transfer.
Change Management :
- Implement formal change management processes to ensure smooth EWM updates with minimal disruption.
- Plan and coordinate patches, upgrades, and enhancements within governance guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience :
Technical Skills :
- Hands-on expertise in SAP EWM configuration, support, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA warehouse management operations.
- Knowledge of integration tools (SAP CPI, IDOCs, APIs) for supply chain data exchange.
- Experience in system monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
Industry Knowledge :
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains, serialization workflows, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with SFDA and other pharma traceability regulations.
Functional Skills :
- Proven experience in planning and executing unit, regression, and UAT testing.
- Skilled in incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure.
Preferred Experience :
- Supporting pharmaceutical supply chain systems with integrated traceability solutions.
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with third-party systems such as ATTP, MES, or Matflo.
