SAP EWM Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Description :

- Design and implement SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements.

- Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet specific client requirements.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM systems.

- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.

- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

- Document and maintain SAP EWM configurations and technical specifications

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM modules to support warehouse operations.

- Optimize existing warehouse processes through SAP EWM functionalities.

- Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM) and third-party systems.

- Customize SAP EWM configurations to align with specific client requirements and industry best practices.

- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure system integrity and performance.

- Provide end-user support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including configuration documents and training materials.

- Lead training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities for end-users and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities such as inbound/outbound processes, RF frameworks, physical inventory, and warehouse structure.

- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics execution.

- Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP and third-party systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
