- Candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in SAP HCM/ESS in implementation/Support services for at least 4 projects.

- Experience in Home Page Framework services configuration and Launch Pad customization.

- Able to Configure Leave applications (working time) and maintaining workflow condition for each leave type.

- Must be known about different SAP modules like HCM ESS/MSS, E-recruitment, E separation etc.

- Configuration Knowledge on Personal Information application in ESS Personal Data, Family, Bank

- Configuration knowledge on Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management applications

- Should have knowledge on Life Events for Benefit Enrolment

- Have knowledge on Customized standard SAP Web applications as per client requirements

- Coordinate with Basis/Portal consultant for SAP Portal Objects : Roles, Work sets, and iView's etc.

- How to Integrate HR applications in external portal

- Should have Idea on SAP Portal Content Admin, User Admin and System Admin

- Knowledge on Single-Sign on SSO to the backend systems

- Review and approval of the functional requirements and technical design documentation
