Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive SAP S/4HANA EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) Consultant with a minimum of 15+ years of overall experience and at least 10+ years of deep functional expertise in the relevant SAP modules.

This role requires immediate to 10-day availability and focuses on strengthening our S/4HANA project solution and demo portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise across SAP PPM, CPM, and PS, with demonstrated experience in S/4HANA implementations, strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

S/4HANA Solution Expertise :

- Serve as a core subject matter expert in the SAP EPPM suite, covering SAP S/4HANA Portfolio Project Management (PPM), Commercial Project Management (CPM), and/or Project Systems (PS).

- Contribute to and strengthen the field engagement and solution demo portfolio for S/4HANA Projects.

- Quickly learn business processes related to SAP S/4HANA, industry-specific solutions, functions, and relevant technologies.

Implementation and Consulting Leadership :

- Leverage 3+ years of distinct consulting expertise in project work.

- Guide successful SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects, preferably involving PPM, CPM, and/or PS.

- Apply more than 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP EPPM (SAP CPM, SAP PPM, and SAP PS).

Cross-Module Integration :

- Utilize project-related experience with Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) to ensure seamless integration across the project lifecycle.

- Bring experience with SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud, Cloud for Projects).

Support and Quality Assurance :

- Be responsible for resolving incidents, performing thorough root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring the continuous uptime and performance of the EPPM systems.

- Maintain a strong focus on quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.

- Work effectively within Agile Scrum teams.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 15+ years of total experience, with 10+ years specifically in the relevant SAP modules (PPM, CPM, PS).

- Consulting Expertise : Minimum 3+ years of project work demonstrating distinct consulting expertise.

- Core Modules : Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PPM, CPM, and/or PS, with over 2 years of experience spanning the combined SAP EPPM toolset.

- Implementation : Proven experience in successful SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent and clear English language skills (spoken and written).

- Must possess strong peer-to-peer networking abilities and demonstrate versatility regarding cultural diversity.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification : Completed certification in at least one SAP EPPM tool (PPM, CPM, or PS).

- Methodology : Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

- Customer Focus : Proven ability to quickly understand customer queries and find solutions on short notice.
