Job Summary :

We are looking for an SAP Event Management (EM) Consultant to design, configure, and support event tracking solutions across supply chain processes. The consultant will work with business teams to implement visibility scenarios and ensure seamless integration with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for event tracking and supply chain visibility.

- Configure SAP EM scenarios, rules, expected events, alerts, and event handlers.

- Integrate SAP EM with systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA, TM, and EWM.

- Manage event data, monitoring, alerts, and reporting.

- Support testing, documentation, and user training.

- Troubleshoot EM issues and provide production support.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of SAP EM processes (event handlers, expected events, event messages).

- Understanding of logistics processes (OTC, P2P, transportation, warehousing).

- Experience working with SAP PI/PO or CPI interfaces.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred :

- Experience integrating SAP EM with TM/EWM.

- Understanding of IDocs, Web Services, and XML.
