SAP EHSM Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Min 3 end to end implementation experience with S4 HANA preferred

- Should be able to design, implement and test SAP Environmental Management and Risk Assessment Modules.

- Perform data migration and configure, conceptualize and test processes on Emission Management, Compliance Requirements, Permit Management, Risk Assessment and Manage EHS Risk by Identifying, evaluating and monitoring risks.

- Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs and meet business needs.

- Experience in SAP writing functional specifications using SAP standard and custom tables, user exits, business add-ins (BADI#s), BAPI ALE, and IDOC or other EDI related settings.

- Experience with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and training along with SAP EHS Regulatory Compliance.

- Expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP).

- Expertise in understanding of EHS laws and regulations in addition to auditing experience.

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or working toward this or an equivalent status.

- Experience with process implementation of EHS Policies and Systems.

- Functional SAP HCM skills with an understanding of integration.

- Experience in Product Safety including Specification Database, Phrase Library, EHS Expert Rules, Dangerous Goods, Waste Management, and Substance Volume tracking.

- Experience in Industrial Hygiene business process.

- Experience in Dangerous Goods management; Hazardous Goods management; Specification Management.

- Industrial hygiene and Safety; Accident Incident reporting, Work Area management.

- Good knowledge in Chemical prohibition Regulation and Substance Volume tracking.

- Should have hands on experience of detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

- Design, customize, configure and testing of EHS module, Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

- Document functional designs, test cases and results.

- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate an attitude of adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

For Junior EHSM Consultant :

- Proven experience in designing and configuring end to end SAP EHSM module,

- SAP EHSM Product safety & Stewardship, Product Compliance, Substance volume tracking, DG good

management knowledge and hands on must.

- Additional EHSM module knowledge will be helpful like Incident management, Risk assessment, Environment management.

- Cross-functional business solutions and system integrations.

- Knowledge/experience of EHSM Integration with Sales and distribution is required

- Knowledge/experience of EHSM Integration with Sourcing module is required

- Knowledge/experience of EHSM Integration with Production planning module is required

- Minimum Two end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP

- At least 2 years of functional experience in respective domains

- knowledge of S/4 HANA will be helpful.
