The SAP S/4HANA EHS Consultant will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) functionalities in a SAP S/4HANA support project. The consultant will work closely with business users, plant safety officers, and IT teams to ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations. The role involves incident resolution, process improvement, and implementation of enhancements in the EHS module to support business and regulatory needs.

Job Role : Your future duties and responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the SAP S/4HANA EHS module.

- Configure and maintain key EHS functionalities, including :

1. Product Safety and Dangerous Goods Management

2. Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health

3. Incident/Accident Management and Risk Assessment

4. Hazardous Substance Management and Reporting

- Troubleshoot and resolve EHS-related incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLAs.

- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide system-based solutions.

- Support integration between EHS and other SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, and QM.

- Assist in EHS-related audits, compliance reporting, and data validation.

- Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training.

- Contribute to EHS enhancements and improvement projects in the SAP S/4HANA landscape.

- Support system upgrades, patches, and EHS-related Fiori applications.

- Ensure all configurations and processes adhere to safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Primary Skill :

- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

- 4- 20 years of SAP experience with at least 2-4years / 8-15Yrs in SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (version 1709 or higher).

- Strong understanding of EHS submodules, including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, and Incident Management.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and EHS business processes.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA support, incident management, and enhancement implementation.

- Basic knowledge of integration with MM, PP, PM, and QM modules.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
