SAP EHS Consultant - Implementation & Support

Location : Pan India (Remote).

Shift : Oman Shift.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EHS modules.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple EHS submodules, integration with other SAP components, and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support projects in SAP EHS.

- Configure and customize EHS components such as :

- Product Safety and Stewardship (PS).

- Hazardous Substance Management (HSM).

- Industrial Hygiene and Safety (IH&S).

- Occupational Health (OH).

- Waste Management.

- Dangerous Goods Management.

- Incident/Accident Management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert recommendations.

- Develop and maintain EHS master data, reports, and compliance documentation.

- Integrate SAP EHS with SAP MM, PP, PM, QM, and HCM modules as needed.

- Support the development and execution of regulatory compliance processes aligned with local and international standards (REACH, OSHA, ISO 14001, etc.

- Provide user training, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP teams for custom developments.

- Participate in system upgrades, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and issue resolution.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP EHS innovations and S/4HANA functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in SAP EHS configuration and support.

- Strong functional knowledge of EHS business processes.

- Proven experience in at least 23 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations.

- Experience with S/4HANA EHS Management (preferred).

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and digital transformation in EHS.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional global teams.
