SAP ECP Support Consultant

Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support Consultant who can manage payroll support activities, issue resolution, configuration changes, and handle KSA payroll localization. The role includes daily payroll support, ECECP integration, and coordination with HR & Payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP ECP (on-cycle/off-cycle payroll, PCC, schemas, PCRs, wage types).

- Troubleshoot payroll errors, retro issues, posting failures, and replication issues.

- Support and monitor EC - ECP integration (PTP).

- Maintain interfaces with Finance, Time, and third-party systems.

- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and EOS rules.

- Manage incidents/service requests using tools like ServiceNow/Jira.

- Work with technical teams for WRICEF objects (reports/workflows/integrations).

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams.

- Provide documentation, testing, and user training.

Required Skills :

- 3-5+ years of SAP Payroll / ECP support experience.

- Strong knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types, pay components.

- Hands-on experience with ECECP integration (Replication / PTP).

- Experience with KSA payroll localization (GOSI, EOS, WPS).

- Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus.

- Knowledge of EC Time Off / Time Evaluation is an advantage.

General Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Ability to work under pressure during payroll cycles.

- Experience working with global/local teams.

Preferred Certifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

- SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

- Knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise Payroll (added advantage)
