SAP ECC & S/4 HANA Consultant

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with strong expertise in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of the SAP MM module to meet the business needs of the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SD, FICO, and PP, to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP MM solutions in ECC and S/4HANA environments.

- Manage procure-to-pay (P2P) processes including purchasing, inventory management, vendor master data, and invoice verification.

- Design and support material master data, source determination, release strategies, and purchase requisition/order processing.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate MM with other modules (SD, FICO, PP, WM).

- Handle change requests, enhancement projects, and system upgrades.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve MM-related issues in daily operations and production environments.

Technical Skills Required :

- Knowledge of Purchasing (PR, PO), Goods Receipt/Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, Valuation & Account Assignment,

and Material Master.

- Experience with S/4HANA-specific innovations in MM (Fiori apps, Business Partners, Material Ledger, etc.

- Understanding of integration points with modules like FI/CO, SD, and PP.

- Exposure to SAP Output Management, Batch Management, and Serial Number Management.

- Basic debugging skills and knowledge of ABAP is a plus.

- Familiarity with IDoc/ALE, LSMW, and BAPIs for data migration and interface handling.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- SAP Certification in MM module is preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM with at least 1 full-cycle implementation in S/4HANA.

- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
