Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant with strong functional expertise in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module.

The ideal candidate will have 78 years of hands-on SAP EAM experience and must have participated in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design robust solutions, and ensure smooth integration across SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design :

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP Plant Maintenance processes.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP EAM solutions tailored to business needs.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead SAP EAM configuration activities, including equipment, functional locations, work orders, task lists, notifications, and maintenance planning.

- Configure integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI and ensure seamless cross-functional workflows.

Training & Workshops :

- Conduct end-user workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

- Develop training materials and documentation for business users.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Perform system testing, unit testing, and support UAT cycles.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and post-go-live phases.

Data Migration & Validation

- Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, loading, and validating EAM-related master and transactional data.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules.

Post-Implementation Support :

- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.

- Monitor system performance and ensure best practices in SAP EAM are followed.

Innovation & Best Practices :

- Stay updated with the latest SAP EAM capabilities, industry standards, and best practices.

- Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions for asset management efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 78 years of hands-on experience as an SAP EAM / PM Consultant.

- Must have worked on at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of EAM objects such as equipment, functional locations, PM orders, notifications, and maintenance strategies.

- Expertise in integrating SAP EAM with SAP MM, PP, and FI modules.

- Solid experience in testing, troubleshooting, and supporting SAP EAM environments.

- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
