Job Title : Sr.SAP E-Invoicing Implementation Consultant

Location : Hyderabad (onsite) Hybrid Role

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Sr. SAP E-Invoicing Consultant with 68 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, including at least 4 years in e-invoicing. The role involves leading global e-invoicing projects, driving design, build, testing, deployment, and providing ongoing support. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and act as a strategic advisor to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP e-invoicing implementation across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, support).

- Configure SAP e-invoicing (S/4HANA, SD, FI, MM, Ariba) and ensure compliance with global regulations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align solutions with business goals.

- Manage full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and vendor relationships.

- Provide coaching, training, and post go-live support to users.

- Deliver projects with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strong governance.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline.

- 6-7 years SAP project experience with at least 4 years in e-invoicing.

- 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in management/leadership roles.

- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise in relevant modules.

Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of SAP e-invoicing processes, compliance, and best practices.

- Project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.

- ABAP debugging/customization (added advantage).

- Experience in change management, governance, and training end users.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

- Flexibility to work beyond hours to resolve critical issues
