Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) E-Invoicing Consultant with 7+ years of experience, targeting 810 years of relevant expertise.

The ideal candidate must be available for an immediate to 10-day joining period and possess mandatory experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA environments with a deep focus on DRC configurations.

This critical techno-functional role involves leading complex e-invoicing implementations across key European markets (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France), resolving incidents, and ensuring continuous system uptime and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

E-Invoicing Implementation Leadership :

- Lead or provide critical support for e-invoicing implementations specifically targeting markets such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, and similar mandated regions.

- Ensure strict compliance with country-specific e-invoice regulations and mandates across all deployments.

SAP DRC Expertise & Configuration :

- Work extensively on both SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA systems, utilizing a deep understanding of DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) configurations.

- Resolve system incidents, perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA), and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system uptime and performance.

Techno-Functional Solutioning :

- Leverage proven techno-functional expertisebeing capable of understanding and handling both configuration and development aspectsto translate complex business and legal requirements into effective technical solutions.

Integration and Collaboration :

- Manage and execute the integration of third-party tools and platforms essential for comprehensive e-invoicing solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with both functional and technical teams to drive successful deployment and post-go-live activities.

Compliance Guidance :

- Provide expert support and proactive guidance on legal and technical updates related to electronic invoicing to internal teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience : 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP with a strong, dedicated focus on e-invoicing solutions.

- Core Expertise : Mandatory prior experience with DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) in the SAP environment.

- Platform Knowledge : Extensive experience working in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

- Skills : Proven techno-functional expertise, capable of understanding and handling both configuration and development.

- Integration : Demonstrated ability to manage third-party integration for e-invoice solutions.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Communication : Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
