Role Summary :

We are seeking a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. This role combines strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and hands-on delivery capability. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with clients to design and implement best-practice SAP solutions that align with their business needs. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape solution architectures, and help drive innovation through emerging ideas.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance implementations

- Lead cross-functional project teams and guide key decision-making across delivery phases

- Collaborate directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technology solutions

- Monitor and ensure alignment of delivery progress with strategic business objectives

- Provide mentorship, knowledge sharing, and foster collaboration within internal teams

- Address problems that span multiple teams and propose scalable solutions

- Enhance the firm's brand by consistently delivering high-value client engagements

Skills :

- Exposure to other SAP compliance modules or tax technologies

- Thought leadership in the SAP compliance domain (blogs, whitepapers, forums)

Qualifications :

- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP with deep expertise in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance

- Strong grasp of business process architecture and systems integration

- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-grade SAP projects

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- 15 years of full-time formal education
