SAP DM / Machine Integration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) Machine Integration Consultant with strong expertise in shop floor connectivity, industrial protocols, and manufacturing system integration. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting machine connectivity solutions between SAP DM and manufacturing equipment/OT systems using standards such as OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, and edge integration technologies.

- Lead SAP DM & MII implementations for MES integration

- Design and implement new solutions using SAP DM & SAP PP

- Work on SAP PP, QM, MM integration and process integrated with MES

Required Skills :

Experience :

- 4- 6 years experience

- Experienced in SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) as functional consultant with minimum 1 implementation.

- Experience in working closely with business / IT stakeholders and Solution Architecture/Design teams

- Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on SAP DM solutions to identify enhancements objects and carry out Build, Testing, Documentation and Deployment.

- Hands-on configuration experience on SAP DM & PP & QM Also to integrate shop floor systems via PCO and OPC UA or MQTT

- Hands-on experience with defining tags, by able to communicate with OEMs and UNS implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Edge devices and Edge Architecture.

- Implement real-time data acquisition and event-driven manufacturing integrations.

- Configure machine status monitoring, production confirmations, alarms, and telemetry integrations.

- Enable automated manufacturing execution workflows through machine triggers and event subscriptions.

- Integrate shop floor machines, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial devices with SAP DM.

- Configure and develop integrations using : OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, WebSockets, TCP/IP-based communication

- Able to lead workshops with clients, requirement analysis and create technical design

- Able to lead small teams for implementation

- Shall be flexible to travel and work from client site

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for large, multi-country work environments.

- Willingness to work at client sites
