SAP Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage cross-functional SAP teams across multiple geographies, ensuring seamless project execution and consistent delivery standards.

- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Define and implement best practices for SAP delivery methodologies, service management frameworks, and governance models.

- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align SAP solutions with strategic objectives.

- Monitor and improve delivery quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction through

continuous improvement initiatives.

- Act as an escalation point for delivery-related issues and drive resolution with appropriate teams.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and internal governance standards.

Required Experience :

- Proven experience in managing and delivering large, complex SAP programs, especially

S/4HANA projects.

- Strong experience in global delivery management, including working with offshore/onshore models and distributed teams.

- Solid knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud solutions.

- Proficient in SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and ITIL or service

management best practices.

Hands-on expertise in at least two functional or technical areas, such as :

- SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM, PM, HCM

- SAP Ariba, ABAP development

Desired Skills :

- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive decisions at executive levels.

- Experience working in cloud-first or hybrid SAP environments.

- Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and emerging SAP technologies.

- SAP certifications or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
