Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Datasphere Consultant to join our data and analytics practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data models, data pipelines, and integration solutions using SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud). This individual will play a key role in enabling unified, governed access to enterprise data assets across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions to unify, model, and manage data from disparate SAP and non-SAP sources.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop semantic models, views, and data transformations using SAP BW Bridge, Data Builder, and Business Builder.

- Build and optimize data pipelines, perform data federation, and ensure high-performance data access and transformation.

- Integrate SAP Datasphere with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO) and external systems for end-to-end data flow and reporting.

- Develop data security models, lineage tracking, and apply governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

- Work with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to develop dashboards and visualizations based on Datasphere datasets.

- Participate in solution architecture, performance tuning, and continuous optimization of the Datasphere environment.

- Assist with master data management (MDM) initiatives and ensure consistent data definitions across the landscape.

- Support data migration, quality checks, and data validation processes in alignment with business rules.

- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demos for new Datasphere features and integration scenarios.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in data architecture, data engineering, or business intelligence, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes and integration points with data models.

- Experience working with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA SQL, CDS Views, ODATA services, and data modeling concepts.

- Proficiency in data mapping, ETL/ELT design, data governance, and metadata management.

- Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data architecture, including integration with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- SAP certification in Datasphere, HANA, or relevant modules is a plus.
