- Lead data migration activities for SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations using ETL tools such as SAP BODS, Informatica, or similar.

- Analyze source data, create Source to Target Mapping, and define data migration strategies.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading ensuring data quality and compliance with business rules.

- Execute data validation and post-migration reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

- Work hands-on with SAP Migration Cockpit tools including LTMC for legacy data transfer.

- Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to resolve migration issues and optimize data flows.

- Maintain clear documentation of migration processes, data mappings, and validation procedures.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration projects using ETL tools like SAP BODS, Informatica, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of Source to Target Mapping, Data Validation, and Post-Migration Reconciliation techniques.

- Hands-on experience with SAP LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) or SAP Migration Cockpit.

- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data manipulation, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams
