Role Overview :

We are urgently looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration & Business Analyst with Pricing expertise to join Timkens SAP project. The role focuses on migrating data into SAP ECC and ensuring smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute data migration activities into SAP ECC.

- Work with business stakeholders to analyze pricing-related requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and manage data migration strategy, planning, and execution.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout migration.

- Prepare technical specifications for data conversion programs.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution during testing and cutover.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects.

- Strong expertise in LSMW, BDC, IDoc, BAPI.

- Hands-on experience with SAP BODs (BusinessObjects Data Services).

- Good understanding of SAP ECC data structures.

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst with focus on pricing module/processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation / migration projects.

- Familiarity with data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation tools.

- Exposure to S/4HANA migrations is an added advantage.
