- Collaborate with business and functional teams to define data migration scope, strategy, and cutover planning.

- Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities across legacy and SAP systems.

- Leverage tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or SNP Transformation Cockpit to design and execute migration workflows.

- Map legacy data to SAP target structures, ensuring alignment with business rules and SAP best practices

- Create and manage data load templates, mapping documents, validation rules, and reconciliation reports.

- Conduct data profiling and cleansing in collaboration with data owners and business SMEs.

- Coordinate mock loads, dry runs, and cutover activities including data load verification and sign-offs.

- Identify and resolve data quality and integrity issues.

- Work closely with SAP functional consultants to understand module-specific data nuances.

- Document technical specifications, configuration, and process flows related to data migration.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects across one or more modules (SD).

- Strong understanding of S4 Logistic module and execution of Logistic Cockpit during System conversion from ECC to S4

- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, table relationships, and integration points.

- Proficiency in SAP migration tools : SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, or SNP tools.

- Good exposure to functional processes and master/transactional data elements across modules.

- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data transformation logic.

- Experience with S/4HANA implementation or conversion is a strong advantage.

- Should have Basic Core ABAP programming experience.

- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.

- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
