Job Description: SAP Data Migration Consultant

JOB LOCATION : Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Coimbatore

Mode of work- 5 Days work from office

Interview mode-First round virtual and second F2F

Mandatory :

- 10 years of experience in SAP technical development or data migration roles.

- Must have Experience with at least one ETL/migration tool (Syniti ADMM, SAP BODS)

- Must have experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit.

- Expertise in at least one domain area: Master Data, FICO, O2C, S2P, I2D, I2Pm, Q2E, P2F, M2S

- Experience working in structured migration cycles with test planning and cutover support.

- Good proficiency in SAP LSMW, BAPIs and file-based interfaces.

- Expertise in handling large datasets, transformation logic, and load sequencing.

- Hands-on with database SQL scripting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop technical migration components by using Syniti ADMM/SAP BODS & load using SAP Migration Cockpit, or custom LSMW to execute migration tasks.

- Collaborate with functional and migration teams to translate mapping rules into technical transformations.

- Work on large data loads including pre-load validations, load performance tuning, and post-load reconciliation scripting.

- Understand data pre-validation and post-load reconciliation by working with BDO.

- Build reusable transformation logic for complex objects.

- Support defect resolution across all cycles (IT1, IT2, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover).

Tools & Technologies :

- SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Syniti ADMM / SNP / BODS, LSMW, MS Excel & Power BI (optional, for dashboarding & reporting), SQL Scripting.
