SAP Data Migration Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including planning, tracking, consulting, and cutover execution.

- Gather and validate migration requirements, define rules, and create mapping across modules like FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, and Procurement.

- Design and coordinate migration strategies, manage dependencies, and provide release and deployment support.

- Act as a primary client-facing consultant, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.

- Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and servant leadership.

- Contribute to strategic initiatives including tool evaluation, automation opportunities, and process improvements for migration activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery.

Technical Skills :

Mandatory :

- Expertise in S/4HANA Migration Cockpit with at least 2 successful rollout projects.

- Strong ABAP programming skills, including debugging and performance optimization.

- Deep knowledge of SAP business objects, dependencies, and solution design.

- Proficiency in SAP FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, and Procurement processes.

- Experience with SAP Data Services or similar ETL tools.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP migration best practices.

Preferred :

- Exposure to SNP Crystal or other migration automation tools.

- Experience with S/4 Public Cloud migrations.

- Familiarity with automation scripting or RPA for migration optimization.

- Knowledge of Solution Manager and Change Management processes.
